Mason Jar Salad Paleo Recipe
Pre-mixed, pre-washed Leafy Greens or mix one or more of the following: watercress, Baby Romaine, Spring greens, Arugula, Baby Spinach, Baby Kale, Boston Leaf Lettuce, Radicchio, etc.
Raw Sunflower Seeds, unsalted

Homemade Balsamic Dressing:
2t Balsamic Vinegar
2t Apple Cider Vinegar
2t Lemon Juice, fresh squeezed2
2t Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Unrefined Coconut Oil, *see note
Optional – if dressing is too sour, add 100% Liquid Stevia Drops, to taste. If you’re not on the Skinny5, 5 week Weight Loss Plan, add 1t to 2t raw honey or pure Maple Syrup
*NOTE: if you don’t want to use oil, substitute with tomato, processed in a food processor
DIRECTIONS – whisk all ingredients until thick. Or use a blender stick or inverted blender cup. Optional add 100% liquid Stevia drops, to taste, if you like your dressing sweeter. If you don’t want to use the oil, substitute with tomato. Add a small tomato to a food processor and process until smooth. Mix with vinegar and lemon juice. Optional, add salt and pepper, to taste. Salt not recommended for the Skinny5 5 Week Weight Loss Plan.
